PURPOSE: The CALENDAR UPDATING option allows the suppression of the automatic updating of date and time system fields before each command execution. This command is valid in a CM, PM, SF and as a direct command.
{ENABLE; DISABLE} CALENDAR UPDATING [{IF; UNLESS} clause]

ENABLE |
automatically updates all date and time system fields as each command is executed. This is the default. |

DISABLE |
prevents updating of date and time system fields. The fields are not advanced until an ENABLE command is executed or until a new ACCENT R session begins. |
|
{IF; UNLESS} clause |
specifies certain criteria that must be met for the ENABLE or DISABLE command to take effect. |

NOTES: Updating calendar information during Process Module (PM) execution is controlled by the SETUP CALENDAR statement.
