This system field is set after processing each field to indicate the state of the field.  The possible values are:

• DATA
• NODATA
• INVALID

The implementor may want to force the user to enter data into the field or return to the field if the data was invalid.  By defining a routine to perform after each field, the results can be checked and @FILL_ACTION set appropriately.
