Enable/Disable IO READ TRACE

PURPOSE: This option will print a message each time a file read operation is performed.

SYNTAX

{ENABLE; DISABLE} IO READ TRACE

ENABLE

this will cause the following message to be displayed:

>> Reading DBL file STARS.DBL at 0 for 4096 bytes

DISABLE

prevents the information from being displayed.
