13. Specify a print picture for a numeric field or expression  (Optional)

Formatting for a numeric field or an expression can be specified by the user.  Enter "Y" in the Print Picture field of the Add Field or Add Expression window and press the Return key.  The window shown in Figure 12 will be displayed.

NOTE: As the settings are entered, the print picture at the top of the window changes correspondingly.  When finished filling in the window, move the cursor to the Return item on the Select an Action menu and press the Return key.  Control is returned to the previous window (Add Field or Add Expression).

In the example, the print picture is formatted for the expression SALES.
