PURPOSE: The HOLD equated command is used to execute a MODIFY, HOLD, and STOP on a specified DBL item. If you execute a HOLD on an index (DI), ACCENT R will look for a CF of the same name and execute the MODIFY, HOLD and STOP for it also.
If an ID is specified and there are DI's associated with it, then a MODIFY, HOLD and STOP will be executed for each associated DI.
