20. Check session information (Recommended if working on multiple reports)
At the Main menu, move the cursor to the About option and press the Return key. A box will appear with session information (Figure 18). The information includes: Reporter version, name of DBL being used, report name, and a list of data sources used by the report. The information display will vary depending on the stage of report design. Press the Return key to go back to the Main menu.

21. Test and run the report (Optional - can be done outside of Reporter)
Before leaving Reporter, select the Run function on the Main menu. This will execute the Process Module. After execution completes, control is returned to the ACCENT R command level. See Figure 19b for the finished report.
The Direct Report menu (Figure 19a) will appear with five options: Terminal - causes report to appear on the screen; Attached Printer - prints report on the printer that is physically attached to the terminal; Print Queue - places report in a queue file for the host line printer; Report File - store the report for later use; Quit - exit report session.
When the Terminal option is selected, the report will be displayed to the screen.
The report has five options:
Next Screen - go to the next "page" of the report
Prior Screen - go back to the previous "page" of the report
Left Scroll - move text left on window toward right edge of report
Right Scroll - move text right on window toward left edge of report
Quit (exit the report).
Left and right scrolling are for reports that are wider than 80 characters. The word MORE with an arrow (<- MORE, MORE -> or both) will appear on the command menu to the side that is hidden. Move the cursor to Quit and press the Return key to exit the report. Control is returned to the Reporter Main menu. Move the cursor to Quit on the Main menu and press the Return key to exit Reporter. Control is returned to the ACCENT R command level.
* Typing a question mark at any menu option will invoke a help menu. The help menu options are: View - see help text; Edit - add or change the help text; Return - go back to the menu.
