On the Initialize menu, move the cursor to the Return option and press the Return key. Control is returned to the main menu. Move the cursor to Design and press the Return key. The Design options will be displayed:
Add - add a report element.
Modify - alter a report element.
Delete - remove a report element.
Control Field - specify the fields where a change in value causes a control break to take place and subtotals to be printed.
View - display the format of the report.
Return - accept entries and return to the Main menu.
The cursor will be positioned on the Add option. Press the Return key and the Add options will be displayed (as shown in Figure 9):
Field - display fields from designated data sources.
Expression - display a value of arithmetic operations.
Constant - specify a display field with a constant value.
Code Segment - use a pre-existing code segment that specifies a display field.
